Founded by owner and chef Tommy Karakostas, our restaurant was built on a lifelong passion for sharing the food of his heritage. Born and raised in Lakewood, Tommy's journey has taken him across the United States and around the world, cooking in a variety of kitchens for more than 20 years and operating several restaurants.
